Conventions of Institutional Credits

In Billy Elliot, the title sequence starts with an extreme close up of a record player and the shot denotes a pan up to show a boys hands taking out a record. The shot, which is still an extreme close up denotes the boy putting the record on. The sound which is Diagetic, starts playing at 0:29. The song lyrics denote lyrics that say "I was dancing when I was 12" and in the background, the shot denotes the boy jumping up and down. The lyrics connote that the the film revolves around dancing. At 0:41, the extreme close up denotes the boys head as he is jumping up and down. The first time he jumps down, the shot denotes a graphic which says 'Working Title Films'. The typography of the graphics is edgy, white capital letters. You then see the boy jumping back up and down. At 0:53, the shot denotes another graphic saying 'And BBC Films'. After that, the clip denotes different angles of extreme close ups of the boy jumping. At 1:08, another graphic denotes 'In Association with the Arts Council of England present'. The camera shot then changes to close ups of the boy jumping. You then see another graphic saying 'A Tiger Aspect Pictures production' and 'In Association with WT(2)'. The shot denotes extreme close ups until 1:34 where the shot suddenly denotes a long shot of the boy jumping. This carries on until 1:42 where the shot denotes the title of the film . However the typography of the title is different to all the other graphics. The writing is in Yellow and the font is much larger. Unlike the other credits, the title stays on the screen for more than 3 seconds whereas each other graphic was shown for only 2 seconds. From this point onward, the shot denotes the opening scene of the film and there are no more credits.
This is the Institutional Logo for the film.
The logo denotes a white background with black bold writing

This is the Title of the Film.

The typography of the credits are very plain and thin. They are yellow and the edges are very hard. The typography is very small compared to the mise-en-scene and this connotes that the main boy in the film feels small and invisible in the film. The yellow color connotes that its for males and females as yellow is stereotypical for both genders so dancing can be for both genders.
I have found out the the order the credits come on is
-Logo
-Production
-Starring
-Films title
-Featuring
-Casting by
-Production design
-Music by
-Edited by
-Directed by
This was not all shown in Billy Elliot and I will ensure that I have majority of those credits in my own production to achieve as highest marks as possible.
